Abstract submission > Instructions for abstract submission

Abstract submission is now closed !

For authors: the decision on abstract acceptance (oral or poster) will be given by January 22th.

If you have been requested to make change on your abstract and need to have more information, please contact the Coordinator directly (and not the LOC at eucop2018@sciencesconf.org, even if you received an automatic email from this address , which is due to the way Sciencesconf manages the Request to authors). The list of mail of each Coordinators of session, and for all the Conveners, can be found here.

Before submitting your abstract, please read this!

The submission format is an extended abstract, with a predefined template file (MS Word) of up to two A4 pages (max 5000 characters incl. spaces and references, short abstract of 150 words max not included), including figures and references. Supplementary material can be added, and will be only visible for the reviewers for the evaluation, but will not appear in the Book of abstracts. Up to two files (images with common format, pdf, video...) are accepted.

Note that only one submission as first author is allowed (and not one for oral and one for poster). Exception is made for sessions # 4, 16 and 20 that have a specific Education and Outreach objective : one more submission per first author is allowed for (only) one of these sessions.

Further instructions for abstract preparation can be found in the template (.doc format: for making easier the final editing, please use MS Word).

Please, submit your abstract to only one session (topic), even if the submission system is permitting to link it to several sessions (topics).

Deadline for abstract submission : 15 December 2017 22 December 2017 (23h59 GMT)

Now, if you are ready to submit an abstract, just follow this link!

Your abstract will be still available for editing (My Space / Submissions > My submissions) until the submission deadline.
